Examples: Honey Flow

How Honey flows in the Ecosystem.

Assumptions / Parameter

In order to present an understandable example, we need to set some parameter.

• BNB Price: $500

• GHNY Price: $10

• Bee Efficiency Level: 75

Standard Strategy

1. A Grizzly invests in a Stablecoin Hive (e.g. USDC-BUSD on Pancakeswap)

2. After some liquidity mining, rewards are generated (e.g. $500 LP Rewards, 500$ Blockrewards in $CAKE)

3. 100% of the LP Rewards and 50% of the Blockrewards (e.g. 250$ in CAKE’s) are re-invested so even more profits are made (e.g. the invest is increased by $750)

4. The mining Grizzly gets the 50% the Blockrewards (over-)compensated by the Dynamic Honey Creation.

   1. 50% of $500 at the BNB price of $500 means that 0.5BNB ($250) need to be compensated.

   2. 0.5 * 75 (Bee Efficiency Level) = The investing Grizzly gets 37.5 GHNY compensated.

   3. 37.5 GHNY at a price of $10 means the investing Grizzly gets $375 compensated. The investing Grizzlie got overcompensated.

5. The remaining 50% in $CAKEs are given to the staking Grizzlies and the Team.

   1. 40% are given to the staking Grizzlies. (The $CAKE’s are traded to GHNY-BNB LP tokens to increase the $GHNY market depth. When the staking grizzlies claim their rewards, the LPs are traded back.) (The $GHNY for the LP tokens is bought on the open market therefore buy-side pressure is created and the price of $GHNY increases)

   2. 10% are given to the Grizzly.fi Team so they can further develop the platform. (This number can be decreased in the future when the development of the platform can be financed through traditional finance solution)

Grizzly Strategy

1. A Grizzly invests in a Stablecoin Hive (e.g. USDC-BUSD on Pancakeswap)

2. After some liquidity mining, rewards are generated (e.g. $500 LP Rewards, 500$ Blockrewards in $CAKE)

3. 50% of the $CAKE are used to buy $GHNY on the open market and put into the Honeypot of the investing Grizzly.

4. 50% of the rewards are compensated by the Dynamic Honey Creation and also put in the Honeypot of the investing Grizzly where even more profits are generated.

5. The remaining 50% in $CAKEs are given to the staking Grizzlies and the Team in form of GHNY-BNB LP-Tokens.
